FingerLakes1.com is excited to announce the debut of a new local podcast on Wednesday, August 3, 2011.

The “Dog & Pauly Podcast” will feature local broadcasting legend Harold Weber and Paul Helstrom and be published weekly on FingerLakes1.com every Wednesday afternoon.

Current events, sports, local history and more topics will be discussed during the one-hour audio podcast.

Harold “Web Dog” Weber has over 30 years experience in broadcasting, most recently as the host of ‘Weber On Sports Express’ on FingerLakes1.com. Retired from ITT Industries in 2007 after 44 years, Harold enjoys golf, sports on TV, time with his family, and the cooking of his wife of over 45 years, Mary. Harold has one daughter, Samantha, son-in-law, Matt and grand daughter, Izzy.

Harold’s partner in crime, making his local broadcasting debut, will be Paul Helstrom. Paul was the former owner of the Franklin Hotel from 1964-1980 and currently serves as the head chef at the popular Geneva eatery, The Deluxe. He’s has been at the Deluxe since 1988 and brings over 42 years in the food business and has prepared as estimated 3,500,000 meals. Paul and his wife Helen have been married for 49 years. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
