Jeff Panek, Waterloo HS Athletic Director, joins Web Dog and Pauly for an hour on Wednesday morning to dicuss Section V athletics, then and now. Much has changed since the 1970′s and 80′s. Jeff also discusses everything that being an Athletic Director entails, his take on the Joe Paterno and Penn State situation, and gives his perspective of Skaneateles football and Tim Green.
