Paul Helstrom was the former owner of the Franklin Hotel from 1964-1980 and currently serves as the head chef at the popular Geneva eatery, The Deluxe. He’s has been at the Deluxe since 1988 and brings over 42 years in the food business and has prepared as estimated 3,500,000 meals. Paul and his wife Helen have been married for 49 years. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
